Free Saturday Workout

Every Saturday we will offer a free Saturday workout for the members of our community.  The workout will be at 9:00 am.

 

The purpose of this is to give you a broad sense of what cross training and our community are like.  You can also try our ONE FREE WEEK Program to get an idea of how a typical class will be run.
